Session 1 — Hardware

You map what drives you. Through live exercises you build a detailed task log with energy tagging, run a structured values filtering process to land on your top 5, and work with your Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 results. By the end you have a clear read on your natural patterns, what energises you, and what drains you.

Homework

between sessions · ~2–3 hours

You expand your task log to 25+ entries across two working weeks, finalise your values, and review your strengths assessment. This is the raw material for Session 2.

Session 2 — Software & Interface

2 hours · live · virtual

You translate internal data into external language. Using a task-to-capability-to-skill framework I developed over 100+ coaching sessions, you turn your daily work into named, transferable, marketable skills. Run a gap analysis, build your brag document, and leave with a 90-day action plan plus a career decision framework you can use for every role, review, and opportunity that comes your way.

02Who is the Career OS Masterclass for?
Anyone who struggles to explain what they are good at or where to go next. Past participants have come from product, design, marketing, recruitment, engineering, and operations. This is not limited to people in talent acquisition.
03How much does career coaching cost?
1:1 career strategy sessions are €180 + VAT per hour. A 4-session bundle is available at €150 + VAT per session. The Career OS Masterclass is €350 + VAT per person and includes the full Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 assessment.
04Where is career coaching available?
Sessions are held virtually, so location is flexible. Most clients are based in Berlin, Germany, and across the DACH region, though I work with professionals across Europe.
05Do I need to be job hunting to benefit from this?
No. Most participants are employed. The Career OS is a decision-making framework for promotions, performance reviews, lateral moves, and long-term planning. Job searching is one use among several.
06What is the difference between the masterclass, coaching, and career management?
The masterclass builds your career operating system from scratch in a structured group format. Coaching addresses a specific problem through individual sessions at your pace. Career management is a hands-on engagement where I get involved in your career move directly: research, outreach, introductions, and preparation.
07How do coaching bundles work?
Single sessions are €180 + VAT. When you book 4 sessions upfront, the rate is €150 + VAT per session. Sessions are scheduled flexibly based on your availability.
08What does the career management engagement cost?

09Can I start with coaching and move to career management later?
Yes. Many people start with a few coaching sessions and decide they want more hands-on support. The transition is straightforward.
10Can I get a refund on the masterclass?
If you notify me more than 7 days before the first session, you can transfer your spot to the next cohort. No refunds after that point, as your Gallup assessment code will have been purchased.
11How do I know which option is right for me?
